Account details (name, email, profile information), membership and billing metadata, content you post, referral activity, and standard technical data such as device and usage information.
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent member lists. We do not share your information with advertisers.
Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on GIVRS servers. We retain only the metadata required for billing history, invoices and subscription management.
Role-based access controls, encryption of sensitive data, rate limiting, audit logging, and strict separation between member-facing and administrative permissions.
Content you post inside the community, your profile, badges and leaderboard standings are visible to other members. Private messages are visible only to their participants.
You can edit your profile, adjust notification preferences, export your data, and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal and financial compliance.
Completed giveback rounds retain a permanent audit record. Published giveback entries use a shortened display name unless the member consents to more.
Questions about privacy can be sent through the contact page and are answered by a member of the team.
