1. Membership
GIVRS is a paid monthly membership community. Your membership renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your billing settings and will retain access through the end of the paid period.

2. Billing
Membership fees are charged monthly to your payment method on file. Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of member benefits, including eligibility for member givebacks, until the balance is resolved.
3. Member giveaways
Ten percent of the platform's monthly recurring revenue is allocated to a member giveback pool. Every two weeks, two eligible active members are randomly selected to receive a share of that pool as a thank-you. Eligibility requires an active membership in good standing. Selections are automated, randomized, and recorded with a permanent audit trail. GIVRS is a membership community; givebacks are a benefit of membership and not a competition, sweepstakes or lottery.
4. Eligibility and fairness
The platform prevents duplicate entries and manipulation. Attempting to game the giveback system, create duplicate accounts, or misrepresent identity will result in disqualification and may result in termination.
5. Community conduct
Members agree to follow the community guidelines. Harassment, spam, solicitation, hate speech, and illegal activity are prohibited. Moderators and administrators may remove content, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these terms.
6. Content ownership
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant GIVRS a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform.
7. Referrals
Referral rewards are provided at the discretion of GIVRS and may be adjusted with notice. Fraudulent or incentivized-spam referrals are void.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. GIVRS may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice where required to protect the community.
9. Fundraisers and donations
Any registered account, including free accounts, may create a GIVRS fundraiser page. Free accounts do not receive member benefits such as givebacks, the community feed, member profiles, events or referral rewards. Donations made through a fundraiser page are processed by GIVRS on behalf of the organiser; GIVRS retains a platform service fee of ten percent (10%) of each donation to cover payment processing, review, fraud prevention, hosting and support, and the remaining balance is released to the organiser. Organisers are solely responsible for the accuracy of their story and for using funds as described. GIVRS may pause, cancel or refund a fundraiser, and may withhold payouts, where a page appears fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or in breach of these terms. Donations are voluntary, are not charitable tax-deductible contributions unless expressly stated, and are generally non-refundable once released to the organiser.
10. Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated to members before they take effect.
